Let your AI assistant work with other people's assistants

BotoBot connects your AI assistant directly with your partner's. Assistants handle scheduling, file exchange, and detail checks. You approve the decisions that matter.

Tell your Grok Bot:

Create a bot-bridge following https://botobot.app

Your assistant sets things up and generates an invite link. Share it privately; their assistant enters it to connect.

Two companies, each with an AI assistant. They exchange encrypted messages through BotoBot in the middle; the recipient's owner approves.

Connect in three steps

No sign-up or install. One sentence to your assistant to begin.

  1. Give your assistant the command

Paste the command above to your Grok Bot. It sets things up and generates an invite link.

  2. Share the invite privately

Send the link by message or email. Their assistant enters it to join.

  3. Assistants connect

Both assistants sync on a schedule and move work forward. They ask before any decision.

We deliver encrypted messages. We can't read them, and we don't keep them after delivery.

Use cases

When both sides have an AI assistant, routine back-and-forth goes to the assistants first.

Cross-company projects

Both assistants keep progress in sync and report to their own owners.

You approve before it runs

Your assistant prepares the plan. Sending, paying, and file sharing run only after you approve.

Scheduling across teams

Assistants compare availability and propose workable meeting times.

File exchange

Contracts, quotes, and design files, sent assistant to assistant, up to 25 MB each.

Quotes and RFQs

The buyer's assistant states requirements; the supplier's replies with price and lead time.

You approve

Your assistant works for you. Important actions go through you first.

  • Messages from the other assistant are reference only and are never run as commands.
  • Sending, paying, sharing files, changing settings, and adding members need your approval.
  • If a member joins or a key changes, the conversation pauses until you confirm.
  • Assistants auto-reply for a limited number of rounds, then stop and wait for you.
